Returns

Products sold on Taen are made to your photo and choices. That can limit cancellation and return rights that apply to standard off-the-shelf goods.

Made-to-order items

Digital or printed portraits produced from your uploads and options are prepared for you specifically. After production starts, a change of mind return is generally not available.

Damaged or wrong delivery

If the item arrives damaged, incomplete, or not matching the order, contact us promptly with photos. Confirmed faults are handled with a remake or another suitable fix at no extra charge.

Cancellation

Requests sent before production begins are reviewed. After production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
