Buyer: the person or organization placing an order on the website.

Subject

These terms cover the sale and delivery of personalized pet portrait products ordered on the seller’s website, including each party’s rights and duties.

Product and price

Product details, variants, and current prices appear on the product page and in the checkout summary. Shipping and the total are shown before you complete the order.

Payment and delivery

An order is created when you confirm payment and delivery details. Lead time depends on the product and production load; an estimate is shared after the order.

Right of withdrawal

Made-to-order goods may be excluded from a cooling-off return. See the Returns page for details.

Disputes

Disputes are handled under the laws that apply to the buyer’s order and the market in which the purchase was made.
